How long does a delivery take

Estimated delivery time is between 7-25 days. This Delivery time does not include the order processing time which is usually 1-3 days. Different items have their own processing time, which is what we cannot control. But what we can do is try the best to let you receive your items as soon as possible.

Do I have to pay customs and/or import charges?

That is usually the obligation of customers to pay for any import duties or customs. Different countries have different tax rule on the imported goods. Therefore, it will be better if you know your county’s custom policies before your order in case of some troubles.

What should I do if I have received a faulty/incorrect item?

We kindly ask you to send back the item using our prepaid return label. As soon as we have processed the claim, we will refund the money. We are unfortunately not able to offer an online exchange, but you do have the possibility to place a new order, if you wish to receive the right item.

I have order many products will they arrive as one package or separate packages

Can I cancel my order

If you want to cancel your order contact customer service as soon as possible. If your order is already shipped then you cannot cancel it, In this case you can return the product within 14 days and get full refund, but you have to pay the return cost.

What if I am not satisfied with product

We offer 100% refund policy, you can return the item within 14 days after you have received it and get all the money back. But you need to pay the return cost
